Press Release Content: Marilyn Mesa Awaits Court Approval for Justice: Torture, Targeting by Public Officials
“Justice Sought by Marilyn Mesa Against DEW Attacks and Organized Crime Involving Public Officials” Mesa, Arizona | Oct 27, 2024 (IssueWire.com)
Marilyn Mesa, a determined advocate for justice and sui juris—meaning she represents herself in law matters under common law principles—awaits approval from the Clerk of the Court to move forward with her case. This case seeks justice, compensation, and accountability for years of torture, targeting, and covert operations, including attacks using Directed Energy Weapons (DEW). These operations are believed to be funded under the Patriot Act, involving a vast network of agencies, including the DOJ, CIA, NSA, FBI, Homeland Security, FEMA, fusion centers, and local police. The money trail and targeting lists flow through these agencies, pointing to an organized covert, and possibly black, operation.
Marilyn’s case highlights the unlawful nature of these operations. Targets are being harassed without a warrant or due process, which violates the Constitution and the officials’ oath of office. These actions, including surveillance, monitoring, and harassment, constitute felonies under U.S. law, demonstrating a disregard for the fundamental principles of justice and civil rights.
Evidence from the Targeted Justice lawsuit has demonstrated how financial resources are directed to these covert operations. The lawsuit emphasizes the significance of “following the money,” which reveals a trail leading to key federal agencies involved in surveillance and targeting activities.
Other lawsuits, such as the recent $1.8 million lawsuit against the Seattle police, have highlighted evidence of collusion among these agencies, suggesting coordinated efforts in targeting operations. Marilyn’s case adds to the growing body of evidence showing that individuals placed on watchlists are referred to as targets, and are being systematically monitored and harassed by surveillance companies and law enforcement.
Despite being fully aware of the crimes committed, local police have refused to update reports to include new information. Instead of investigating the matter, they have sent out mental health services in an effort to discredit Marilyn Mesa—an all too typical tactic used to dismiss the experiences of targets.
While Marilyn’s case is grounded in common law principles, she is requesting a trial by jury, as permitted under the Arizona Constitution, where the jury will examine the claims and evidence to uphold her rights. She asks the jury to review the evidence, verify the claims, and rule based on the facts presented, not as an argument, but as a matter of evidence and truth.
“I am waiting for my case to be approved, but I am prepared to seek justice under common law principles, requesting a trial by jury to review the claims and evidence,” said Marilyn Mesa. “These officials have sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution, and by allowing these tortures and targeting operations, they are committing felonies and violating their duties.”
Marilyn’s case, once approved, will be part of a larger movement to hold officials accountable for the targeting and exploitation of individuals. This trial will pursue compensation, as has been the case with other lawsuits that have resulted in millions to billions of dollars.
